OGIO
OGIO was getting ready to launch a new line of golf bags that looked nothing like the rest of their catalog. Bright colors, bold patterns, and a more playful personality meant the campaign needed to stand apart as well.
The team had already planned a shoot in Bend, Oregon and brought me in to help shape the story behind the collection. I developed the creative direction, created the campaign concept, wrote the story, and illustrated the storyboards that guided the entire production. From there, I worked closely with the crew as Assistant Director, helping translate the vision from concept to execution while supporting both production and on-set direction.
Projects like this are always exciting because they go beyond simply photographing a product. The challenge was creating a world around the collection and giving it a personality people could connect with. Every creative decision, from the narrative and shot list to the pacing and visual language, was designed to introduce a fresh side of the OGIO brand and give the collection an identity all its own.
